Custom fabrication
We design, engineer and fabricate stainless steel kitchen equipment to suit your layout and specification. Countertops, sink units and exhaust hoods are coordinated with the rest of the kitchen, with careful attention to workmanship and finishing.
The range includes dolly racks, grills, shelves, cupboards, drawers, pull-out waste bins and other architectural kitchen elements. Each piece is tailored to the space and the people using it.

Refrigeration & heating
Refrigeration and heating systems are designed, installed and maintained for a wide range of operating temperatures. Display fridges, chillers, freezers and ice wells can be coordinated with the serving counter and preparation area.
Hot and cold bain-marie units, heated cupboards and ice chests complete the range, helping keep food service organised from preparation to display.

Furniture & fit-outs
Durable, easy-to-maintain stainless steel furniture includes worktables, coffee tables, counter chairs and stools, equipment stands, wall benches, shelving and cabinets.
Custom fabrication also extends to garden benches, decorative pieces and ornaments, outdoor entertainment units, handrails, cladding and other furniture made to the client’s requirements.

Handling & storage
Custom, multipurpose stainless steel trolleys support catering operations, restaurants, hotels, stores, airports and hospitals. Their construction is intended for commercial use and demanding hygiene requirements.
Rack layouts, handling requirements and the working environment inform the design, giving equipment and supplies a practical place in the daily workflow.
The making of it

Custom dimensions and specifications combine quality, durability and a refined finish.

Sealed sandwich panels inside stainless steel tops reduce sound. Tops are finished without exposed rivet heads, screws or bolts.

Imported stainless steel is selected to meet international standards and the project consultant’s criteria.

Welds are finished uniformly with the parent metal, creating sealed surfaces designed to resist water, grease and places where bacteria or vermin can collect.

Fully automated CNC machinery and an experienced production team support accurate, consistent fabrication.

In-house designers and engineers work with each customer from design and development through complete installation.
Material matters
Resistance to corrosion and staining, together with low maintenance, makes stainless steel well suited to commercial kitchens. Chromium forms a passive, non-toxic oxide film when exposed to air, shielding the surface from moisture. This protective film can reform after surface scratches. The supplied material guide describes stainless steel as an alloy containing about 10–11% chromium.
Stainless steel can be steam-cleaned and sterilised. Its natural finish needs no paint, and its strength and durability suit busy working areas. Its non-reactive surface is useful when preparing acidic foods.
It also blends with a wide range of colours and materials. Type 304 is widely used in place of ceramic tiles, aluminium and plastic laminates because it is heat resistant, resistant to everyday damage and easy to keep clean. Stainless steel is 100% recyclable.
