Founded in 2025, Kelvora Inc. is a turnkey, project-oriented company supplying and installing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC and ventilation systems, air curtains and cold rooms across the UAE and India. We serve hotels, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, restaurants and hospitals.
The August 2024 portfolio records 40 international branded hotels, completed and ongoing, $100 million in completed projects, and a central kitchen with a capacity of 120,000 meals per day. Project references span the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Jordan, Maldives, Tanzania and Canada.
Company background
Our turnkey approach connects commercial kitchen and laundry equipment supply, installation, custom stainless steel fabrication and specialist maintenance. We work with hotels, central kitchens, cloud kitchens, restaurants and hospitals. Quality Kitchen’s industry approvals span major developers, food-service consultants, general consultants, hotel operators and contractors.
The experience presented in our portfolio includes Quality Kitchen, established on 10 October 2010. By August 2024, it had around 14 years of market experience, expanding its project delivery internationally. Kelvora Inc. was founded in 2025, bringing a coordinated approach to equipment, HVAC and interiors.
A high-end stainless steel fabrication facility and specialist equipment servicing support the work from design through installation and ongoing operation. One point of contact connects the equipment, working surfaces and services that need to function together.
Manufacturing & fabrication
Quality Fabrication FZC was established in Malaysia in 2006 and brought to the UAE in September 2012. Its work spans large-scale stainless steel projects, five-star hotels and luxury restaurants, with a focus on innovation, knowledge and commitment to each customer’s vision.
The factory is located in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone). Larger facilities and access to major trading routes connect the East and West by sea, land and air. Modern premises and high-end machinery support accuracy, while an organised manufacturing process makes efficient use of time, materials and effort.
Designers, engineers and craftspeople work closely with customers from the initial specification through complete installation. Fine workmanship, creative design and careful finishing shape the finished product.

Quality Kitchen received an Honorable Mention for Best Kitchen Contractor from Catering News Magazine. Client recommendation letters also form part of the portfolio.
The manufacturing material identifies Quality Fabrication FZC as an ISO 9001 registered company with QMS Global. This recognition belongs to the named fabrication business.
